Returns:

We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange.
2. Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges are not accepted for size issues or any other reasons. If you have any doubts in selecting the size contact our customer care or DM us on Instagram. We are happy to assist you in choosing the right size.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
2. Intact Packaging: The product packaging must be intact, including all labels and tags.
3. Contact Us Within Two Days: You must contact us within 2 (TWO) days of receiving the product.
4. Submission of 360-degree Video: You must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel opening, clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: If you believe you are eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer service team at help@nyutti.com
2. Submit Video: You will be asked to submit a 360-degree video of the parcel opening showing the condition of the product and packaging.
3. Verification: Once we receive and verify the video, we will assess the eligibility for an exchange.
4. Replacement: If the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

How to Submit Video:

• The video can be submitted via email to help@nyutti.com or via WhatsApp or DM to Instagram.
• Please ensure that the video clearly shows the condition of the product and packaging.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges are subject to approval based on the provided video evidence.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the video evidence is insufficient or inconclusive.
• We do not accept exchanges for size issues or any other reasons.
• All exchanges are final and cannot be further exchanged or refunded.
